Tina Castellanos, IBCLC, RLC, LLL
Natural family living is not a movement, a fad, or a custom. It is about getting back to our roots as HUMANS and rediscovering the parenting skills that have sustained humans throughout history and prehistory.

Ginger Chun, IBCLC, RLC, LLL
Breastfeeding is an instinctual and natural act, but it is also an art that is learned day by day.

Ginger's story ...
Helping families successfully meet their breastfeeding goals is Ginger's passion. She began supporting breastfeeding families in 2007 as a La Leche League (LLL) Leader. She has led breastfeeding support groups in North Carolina, Germany, South Korea and Texas. In 2011, she became an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant and continued her work with breastfeeding families in San Antonio with home visits, through The Nurtured Center as well as through the non-profit San Antonio Birth Doulas. She also founded a breastfeeding support business Fresh Milk ... Baby. For two years, Ginger lived in South Korea where she provided breastfeeding support in a variety of settings to include housecalls, and inpatient and outpatient care for the ex-pat community in Seoul.
Ginger earned a BA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Her interest in childbirth and breastfeeding began when she completed a Certification in Massage Therapy from the Chicago School of Massage Therapy. She pursued further training in Pregnancy Massage, Infant Massage Therapy Instruction and Craniosacral Therapy where she learned about the holistic approach to pregnancy, childbirth and child rearing. When she gave birth to her own children, this understanding convinced her to give breastfeeding a try. Her family's belief in community service and her experience with frequent moves inspired Ginger to become a LLL Leader to support new parents isolated from their traditional support network. This in turn lead her to pursue her international board certification as a lactation consultant. She is also an Attachment Parenting International Accredited Attached at the Heart Parent Educator.
Born in Chicago, Ginger came to San Antonio via her husband's job. She, her husband and their amazing children now happily call San Antonio "home". When not helping parents with breastfeeding and parenting support, Ginger enjoys running around town and country with her family and volunteering in the community.
Ginger is not seeing clients at this time.
